Before returning to Memento Mile
After earning the first star, complete the first cross-museum Curator Class objective, then return to Memento Mile. Follow the two-star progression below and compare each threshold with your own objective panel.
The reviewed PC walkthrough and sampled sections of the chapter video establish this sequence. Their exact builds are not fixed, so save-dependent Buzz values and differently worded profit labels need care.
The twelve-stage sequence
1. On Tours
Place a Tour Stand and select a compact route. Raise its rating above 2.0, then run tours until their cumulative income reaches 1,000.
2. Plot Twist
Select the second plot and read its unlock checklist. Complete the displayed tour, museum-level and profit conditions, then pay for the plot; the checked walkthrough records a 25,000 purchase price.
Use your panel’s profit label and progress. Do not infer a monthly calculation from an older Wiki’s wording.
3. Analysis Room
Expand into the new plot and build the Analysis Room. Analyse expendable duplicate Prehistory exhibits. The analysed specimen is destroyed, so keep any important display specimen.
4. Exhibit Enlightenment
Complete all five parts:
- Reach Prehistory Enlightenment 2 through analysis.
- Install two compatible Perks.
- Unlock six POIs on the Bone Belt map.
- Reach the total Buzz threshold displayed in your save.
- Keep average guest Happiness above 70%.
The Happiness requirement here is for guests. The employee requirement above 75% appears later.
5. Bone Belt & Braces
Use a Job Ad to recruit a Botany Expert, then clear the Last Woods obstruction. Hiring an employee of another theme does not satisfy the Botany recruitment objective.
6. In Sickness & Ill Health
Last Woods brings a scripted illness. Send the affected employee to Remedial Springs for treatment. Then send a Botany Expert and the Security Guard required by Bigfoot Gardens, and display the new exhibit on their return.
7. Warmest Welcome
Provide the Blooming Buffoon with a Heater and Mister that effectively cover it. Check that both environmental conditions are marked complete in the objective.
8. Plants Need Water
Make a Survey Scanner in the Workshop and take it as Cargo to Bigfoot Gardens. Obtain an Epic Botany exhibit, have a guest gain 20 Knowledge in a single visit (Best Visit), and keep average staff Happiness above 75%.
The Scanner’s unlock is associated with displaying the Bigfoot Gardens plant; it cannot simply be selected as Cargo before it exists. Further surveying and Detailed expeditions can help you pursue an Epic specimen, but do not guarantee one on the next trip.
9. Growing Collection
Display 150 Botany Buzz and activate each exhibit’s Buzz Bonus on 80% of Botany exhibits. Inspect the individual conditions rather than treating a full decoration score as Bonus activation.
10. Sense in Security
Place two Security Chairs.
11. Museum TV
Build a Camera Room, assign a guard with the Camera Room qualification, and place four cameras within its coverage.
12. Rising Star Pt.2
Meet the final four conditions:
| Requirement | What to check |
|---|---|
| Museum Rating | Above 65% |
| Profit | The checked label is “Turn a quarterly profit over 3,000”; use its progress indicator |
| Tour rating | Strictly above 4.0 |
| Exhibit variety | Display exhibits from three different themes |
Check completion in your objective panel before collecting the second star. A room without an exhibit does not count as a displayed third theme; an unlocked Marine Life route and an inhabited Aquarium are one way to add that theme.
Fix common bottlenecks
Perks: Great exhibits already have one slot and Epic exhibits have two. Use a compatible inventory Perk and let a Janitor finish installing it; you do not need every exhibit to be Pristine.
Six POIs: inspect the Tarpit Falls obstruction’s Janitor and Prehistory Expert requirements. Clearing it opens the route toward Treacle Ponds; verify the requirements on your POI panel.
Best Visit: cover Knowledge-bearing exhibits with Info Stands and let guests read. More signs alone do not prove a guest learned 20 Knowledge in one visit.
Staff Happiness: inspect pay, rest needs and Traits. Avoid undoing the 75% target while trying to improve short-term profit.
Buzz values and profit wording
The chapter recording shows 668 Buzz at Exhibit Enlightenment, while the PC walkthrough records 626. These are values from separate saves, not two universal targets. Neither a particular patch difference nor a fixed percentage formula was established.
The recording and PC walkthrough use the quarterly profit label at the final stage. An older Wiki uses average-monthly wording, but the calculation formula was not obtained. Do not automatically reinterpret 3,000 as either a monthly average or a three-month sum: follow the actual label and progress in your build.
If your game presents an extra objective or a different label, preserve that panel and compare the specific difference. The guide does not claim a continuous playthrough test on version 12.0.
